Meet Denise
Meet Denise, a native of the Philippines whose deep-rooted passion for real estate was cultivated early on. Inspired by her mother and aunt, both adept at purchasing, managing, and enhancing residential properties, Denise has flourished as a real estate investor for over 18 years, both on the international and domestic fronts. Her journey began with acquiring her initial San Francisco home in her twenties, followed by a second acquisition in her thirties. Proficient in property management, Denise has effectively overseen multiple rental units. Despite her success, Denise remains grounded in her family's modest origins and values instilled by her hardworking parents.

Having enjoyed a remarkable career with prestigious hotel brands such as Hyatt, Marriott, Starwood, and Fairmont, Denise brings a dedication to customer service and an appreciation for the ambiance of quality luxury hotels when assisting clients in preparing their homes for sale. Her diverse background, enriched by living in cities like Manila, San Francisco, and San Jose, infuses a cultural perspective and international flair into her approach.
Meet Ryan
Ryan brings a strong technical background and attention to detail to his real estate clients. Having worked as an aerospace engineer for 10 years, Ryan designed, tested, and built flight hardware for commercial and military projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and becoming the youngest manager in his large program. He expanded his interests into real estate in 2015 and began investing in and improving single-family homes in the Bay Area, building new construction homes, managing his own crew and subcontractors, and acquiring his Realtor and General Contractor licenses.

Ryan’s technical and construction experience sets him apart from many realtors in the area. He is focused, direct, friendly, and can understand and explain home renovations and costs extremely well for his clients, providing clarity and relief. His services also include renovating homes prior to sale, and helping new homeowners fix up their homes after purchase. Ryan brings incredible insight and analysis to his clients, providing a professional and enjoyable experience for his buyers, sellers, and investors!

Work Life Balance
Outside of work, Ryan and Denise enjoy spending quality time with their son, friends, and families. They both love to stay physically active, participating in activities such as CrossFit, skiing, surfing, biking, and hiking. Traveling is a favorite pastime, with some of their most memorable recent trips including hot air balloon rides over Cappadocia, riding camels in the Wadi Rum desert, and swimming under waterfalls near the rice terraces of Banaue, Philippines. By being knowledgeable of current and emerging trends across multiple markets, they can foresee trends in real estate that make them a phenomenal, competent, and strong real estate team.
